Yes! We provide free parking for all guests. Parking attendants will guide you upon arrival. Please note that parking spaces may fill up quickly on busy nights, so arrive early. VIP parking spots, which are closer to the entrance, are very limited and must be purchased in advance.

Costumes are welcome, but for safety reasons, masks are not allowed inside our haunted attractions. If your costume is deemed unsafe or inappropriate, we may ask you to modify it before entry. Haunt Manor operates rain or shine! Light rain or drizzle is fine, but in severe weather, some outdoor attractions may close temporarily. If the event is affected, we will post updates on social media and notify ticket holders via email. Rain dates or ticket exchanges for our sister attractions at Mazewood.com, may be offered.  But we are open rain or shine even when rain is on the forecast, you are ok to buy tickets.  Please see below on steps to exchange for a different date.

Answer: On average, it takes about 90 minutes to experience all the haunts, depending on the length of lines. We recommend setting aside extra time for parking and exploring other areas of the event, such as food vendors and photo ops.  You begin on a Haunted Hayride that takes you through Chapter 1 of the event, then it drops you off at walk through Haunted Houses and separate buildings in the backwoods, including a trail with a swamp bridge and graveyard and backwoods shacks.  And it ends in a 3 story haunted barn that is over 150 years old.  Proper attire is required.  If you are not able to do any of the sections you can skip them and wait in the Midway for your group.

Yes, we have a variety of food treats and drinks at the bar offering everything from burgers to chicken fingers, plus seasonal snacks and drinks. Alcohol is served in the designated bar areas within the Midway. Please note that outside food and drinks are not allowed. Intoxicated guests will be refused entry.
